HAM LOAF 
1 lb. (2 c.) ham, cooked
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
Dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onion

Grind ham coarsely. Mix ham with crumb and egg, add thyme, onion and pepper. Put in greased pan loaf. Bake at 350 degrees until hot.

GLAZE:

Mix mustard, brown sugar, and vinegar. Bring to boil and glaze ham.
