HAM LOAF 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. finely crushed Saltine crackers (4)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine. Add above to 1 pound cooked ground ham and 1 pound cooked ground pork. Shape into 8 x 4 inch loaf. Put in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Spoon glaze over loaf and bake 20 minutes more, basting occasionally.
