SOUTHERN PORK BARBECUE 
5 lbs. pork roast, trim off fat
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (can be seasoned more at end of cooking, according to taste)

Cook all day in crock pot on high. Take meat out and mash with a hand mash potato utensil or pull apart with fork. Serve on buns or hard rolls. Can be frozen.
