BEEF OR PORK BARBEQUE 
1 onion, chopped fine
2 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. chili pepper
Chuck roast or pork roast

Pressure cook meat and shred. Mix up all other ingredients and pour over meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Stir once in a while.
