PORK ROAST HOT BARBECUE 
1 (4-5 lb.) pork loin roast
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. size onion, chopped
3 tbsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies

Place roast fat side up in a 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Insert meat thermometer (not touching fat or bone). Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over roast. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until thermometer reaches 170 degrees, basting frequently. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with any remaining sauce. Yield: 8 servings.
