PORK BARBEQUE 
5 lb. pork roast
1 onion
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Worcestershire
1 tsp. chili powder, optional
1/4 tsp. cinnamon, optional
Dash ground cloves, optional
1 tsp. paprika, optional

Put all ingredients in large roasting pan. Cover. Bake 350 degrees for 4 to 5 hours. After 3 hours, skim off fat. When done shred meat with fork and put back in sauce. Bake a little longer if needed.
