BARBECUE 
2 1/2 lb. pork roast
2 1/2 lb. chuck roast
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. (jar) Cains barbecue spice
4 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce

Place both roasts in a large pot. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the meat. Cover and simmer on low heat for 6-8 hours. Remove fat and bones and shred the meat.
