CURLY'S PORK BARBECUE | |
2 lbs. pork roast 1 c. water 3 med. onions, diced 1 1/2 c. ketchup 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. mustard Mix all ingredients except pork roast. Pour a small amount of liquid in bottom of crock pot, place pork roast on top and pour remaining liquid over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred when done and serve without liquid on rolls. Yields 8 servings. |
