I have been making Boxcar Barbecue for years and absolutely love it. It is easy to make and once you put it in the oven you don't have to worry about it for several hours. Any leftovers are fantastic mixed with the drippings and served as sandwiches. I have frozen the leftover with the juices and it works fine also.
