BARBECUE PORK 
2 1/2 or 3 lbs. pork roast
1 c. water
1 med. bottle catsup
1 lg. onion, diced
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. celery, diced
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook pork roast until tender and shred. Add water, catsup, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, celery, salt and pepper to taste. Cook slowly for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
