BARBECUE PORK 
4 to 5 lbs. pork roast
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. onion
3 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook for 10 to 12 hours on low.
