ITALIAN TUNA WITH ANCHOVIES 
1 (6 oz.) can tuna fish
1 tbsp. oil
Chopped olives, 1/2 c. black or green
1 c. garlic chopped (1 clove)
1 anchovy fillet, finely chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
Sm. crackers or taste, cut triangles

Drain oil from tuna. Place in a bowl and mash gently with fork. Add the oil, garlic, onion, anchovies, and lemon juice. Serves 6.
