1/2 lb. butter 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar 2 c. sifted cake flour 1 c. chopped fine pecans 1 tbsp. vanilla Cream butter and add everything else and shape into balls or crescents. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. Yield: 4 dozen. |
