1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. flour (heaping)
Dash salt
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Blend in skillet. Cook until bubbly and thick, stirring frequently. Keep refrigerated.
