2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
2/3 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, butter and milk in an electric skillet with the temperature set at 300 degrees. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Continue stirring and boil for 3 minutes. Turn control to off. Add marshmallows, chips, nuts and vanilla. Pour into an 8 inch pan and refrigerate.
