SKILLET PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In skillet, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring mixture to a boil; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows, peanut butter, and vanilla; stir until marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and blended. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares. Makes about 2 pounds candy.
