SKILLET PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky style peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In electric skillet combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Set heat control at 280 degrees. Bring mixture to a boil; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and blended. Pour into a buttered 8 inch pan. Cool and cut into squares. Yields 2 pounds.
