SIRLOIN TIPS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. can mushrooms, do not drain
2 c. water
3/4 c. dry sherry
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
6 beef bouillon cubes
4-5 lb. sirloin, cut into cubes

Sear tips in butter until browned lightly. Add other ingredients and simmer until tender. You may need to add some water.
