SIRLOIN TIPS 
3 lbs. stew meat, cut in bite size
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1/3 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. cooking sherry or red wine

Mix all ingredients. Do not brown meat. Pour in 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. Add liquid, if necessary. Yield: 6 servings.
