SIRLOIN TIPS 
Sirloin (1/4 lb. per person) cut into 1-inch cubes
Sliced mushrooms (1 lg. can)
Maggie seasoning
Sherry
butter
Salt and pepper

Brown meat in butter; let stick ever so slightly. Add mushrooms and seasonings; add sherry and cook 2-3 minutes. Transfer to retaining pot. Serve next day if you like.
