BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. water

In skillet, brown meat and cook onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender. Stir now and then. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.

Serves 4.
