EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. cubed steak
1 can Campbell's onion soup
Sliced mushrooms (opt.)
1/2-1 c. sour cream
2 lg. onions
2 tbsp. tomato paste
Garlic powder

Brown the cubed steak in a small amount of oil in a large frying pan. Add the onions, soup, half a soup can of water, garlic powder and tomato paste. Simmer about 1 1/2 hours. Add sour cream and stir well. Serve on hot buttered noodles.
