HAM CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
10 oz. med. noodles, cooked
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. Swiss cheese
2 1/2 c. ham pieces

Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Remove from heat and stir in soup and sour cream. In buttered casserole, place 1/3 of noodles, 1/3 of cheese (grated), 1/3 of ham; top with 1/2 the sauce. Repeat, ending with noodles, cheese, and ham. Bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover; bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 8-10.

Note: Can also mix all together and put into casserole and bake. Taste just as good. Sprinkle few buttered bread crumbs over top or cheese for last 15 minutes.
