KAMISH BROT 
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. corn oil
1 tsp. almond extract
3 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. grated bittersweet chocolate

Cream together the first 3 ingredients (sugar, eggs and vanilla). Add the oil and almond extract. Blend in 1/2 of the flour and baking powder, and then mix in the rest by hand (because at this point it will be too hard to blend). Lightly mix in the walnuts and grated chocolate (do not mix too much, because the chocolate will melt and ruin the color). On oiled cookie sheets divide batter in 4 strips (2 on each sheet). Use oil on hands to shape the batter. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Slice at once and then toast 10 minutes on each side.
