LEMON SPONGE DESSERT 
2 c. sugar
6 egg yolks
Juice from 2 1/2 lemons
2 c. milk
6 tbsp. flour
Egg whites from 6 eggs

Stir egg yolks, sugar, flour and milk together, then add lemon juice. Beat egg whites until stiff and pour over egg yolk mixture. Fold gently. Pour into baking dish and set in pan of boiling water. Bake until done.
