INSTANT PUMPKIN PIE 
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/3 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (solid)
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 baked 9" pie shell, cooled
Pecan halves

Add dry pudding to milk. Mix slowly just until blended. Blend in pumpkin, spice and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Pour into pie shell. Chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with remaining Cool Whip and pecans.
