INSTANT PUMPKIN PIE 
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkgs. Jello Brand vanilla instant pudding
1 1/3 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
4 c. (One 9-oz. container) Cool Whip, thawed
1 baked 9-inch pie shell or graham cracker crust, cooled
Pecan halves

Add pie filling mix to milk in a bowl. Mix slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer, just until blended (about 30 seconds). Blend in pumpkin, spice and 2 cups whipped topping.

Pour into pie shell. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and pecans.
