CAMPTOWN BAKED BEANS 
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 (20 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (20 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 c. apricot jam
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (20 oz.) can baked beans
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. oil

Saute onion and green pepper and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of oil. Put in casserole dish and add remaining ingredients. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees at least 2 hours.
