GREEN BEAN BAKE WITH ONION 
2 (9 oz.) pkgs. frozen or 2 (16 oz.) cans French-style green beans
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 of a 3 oz. can French-fried onions

Cook frozen beans according to package direction, drain (or drain canned beans). Combine the beans, mushroom soup, pimento and lemon juice. Turn mixture into a 1 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with French-fried onions. Continue baking, uncovered, until onions are heated through, about 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
