6 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 med. onion, chopped up
Milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil

Fry potatoes and onion in skillet until potatoes are brown over medium heat. Stir in salt and pepper while cooking. Now stir in milk until potatoes are covered. Reduce heat some and stir until milk comes to a boil and forms gravy.
