2 c. leftover boiled potatoes
2 tbsp. butter (may need more)
3 slices bread, tore into sm. pieces
4 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste

Peel potatoes, if needed. Slice the cold potatoes into a frying pan with melted hot butter. Mix in torn up bread, break the eggs over potatoes and mix quickly through the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry until egg is cooked and potatoes hot.
