RANCH BURGERS #2 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. milk
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs, unbeaten
Flour and shortening

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. celery
3/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix first 4 ingredients, make patties and roll in flour and brown in shortening. Combine all sauce ingredients and let simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over meat patties and bake 1 hour or until done at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
