ROY BURGER 
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 lg. eggs
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1/4 c. tomato ketchup
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
4 slices bread (day old is best) or crackers
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic to taste

Wet bread and squeeze out water. Mix all above ingredients together and mix well. Pat into serving portions. Place into cold skillet, cover, cook on low to medium heat for approximately 20 minutes or until done. Remove lid to brown. Serve on warm plate or steamed bun and enjoy.
