PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
Potatoes
Onion
8 oz. tomato sauce

Brown chops in frying pan. Slice potatoes in 8x8 square baking dish. Place chops on top of potatoes, place onion ring on each chop, then pour drippings from frying pan and tomato sauce around and over chops and potatoes. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
