QUICK PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
1 lb. of tomato puree or fresh tomato
4 to 6 pork chops
1/2 c. Minute Rice
Salt, pepper to taste
Basil

Brown pork chops in frying pan and set aside. Pour into frying pan tomatoes. Place pork chops in frying pan. Add water to cover chops. Place 1 tablespoon of rice on each chop.

Cover, simmer on low flame for approximately 1/2 hour or until chops are soft. Serve with salad.
