CHICKEN BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. quick cooking rice
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk

Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown in oil in skillet. Place in baking dish or casserole. Cover with rice.

Mix soup with milk and pour over the chops and rice. Cover tightly.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/4 hours.

Chicken soup will be absorbed into chops and rice.
