PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 med. pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
4 med. apples, peeled & sliced
4 med. sweet potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion chopped

Wipe chops dry and brown in a little fat in frying pan. Place in a large casserole, sprinkle with half of the salt and pepper. Place apples and sweet potatoes in layers on the chops and sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.

Saute onion in frying pan where the chops were browned, add water and Worcestershire sauce. Mix and pour over chops, apples and potatoes. Cover and bake in 375 degree oven about 1 1/2 hours. Keep testing for desired tenderness. Serves about 8.
