SOUR CREAM RAISIN NUT COOKIES 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
2 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. seedless raisins
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in egg. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, beating until smooth. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) to 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen. Drop cookies, spiced with nutmeg.
