PUMPKIN PIE 
1 pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 1/4 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Combine pie filling mix, sugar, spices and salt in bowl. Stir in milk and butter. Add pumpkin. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Cool and garnish with whipped cream.
