HEAVENLY PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) 1/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/4 c. milk 1 tbsp. melted butter 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 1 unbaked pie shell Combine pie filling mix, sugar, spices and salt in a bowl. Stir in milk and butter; add pumpkin. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until bottom crust is golden brown. Cool, chill. Garnish with prepared whipped topping. |
