1/3 c. Italian dressing
7 med. potatoes
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. grated onions
6 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. blue cheese dressing
1/4 c. sandwich spread
1/2 c. maraschino cherries

Cook potatoes in jacket, peel and dice. Pour dressing over warm potatoes and chill for 2 hours. Add celery, onion, chopped egg whites. Add egg yolks and mix with mayonnaise, blue cheese dressing, sandwich spread. Fold into salad. Add celery salt to taste. Trim with parsley and cherries. 8 servings.
