SCRUMPTIOUS SWEET POTATOES 
2 (23 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can peach slices
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. tiny marshmallows

Drain sweet potatoes. Put sweet potatoes into a 10x6x2-inch baking dish. Cut up large pieces. Sprinkle with salt. Empty peaches into a sieve over a bowl. Put peaches on sweet potatoes. Save peach liquid.

Sprinkle brown sugar over peaches. Pour 2 tablespoons of peach liquid over brown sugar. Save rest of liquid to use another time. Cut butter into pieces and place on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and remove foil. Top with marshmallows. Place in oven uncovered about 10-12 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
