SCRUMPTIOUS SWEET POTATOES 
2 (23 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can sliced peaches
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Drain sweet potatoes, put into baking dish. Cut up large pieces. Sprinkle with salt. Drain peaches, save juice. Place peaches on sweet potatoes. Sprinkle brown sugar over peaches. Pour 2 tablespoons of peach juice over sugar. Cut butter into pieces. Put on peaches. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil, add marshmallows, put dish in oven. Bake 10-12 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
