GARDEN VEGETABLE QUICHE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. zucchini (about 2 c.)
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
1 sm. tomato, diced
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt Lowry's
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded cheese
9" deep dish frozen pie shell
Paprika

Melt butter in skillet. Add onion, pepper, zucchini and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Add flour and tomato, stirring to completely blend in flour.

Beat together eggs, milk, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese in pie shell, add vegetables. Pour egg-milk mixture over vegetables. Then pat on remaining cheese, garnish with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Knife inserted comes out clean.
