GARDEN VEGETABLE QUICHE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. tomato, diced
1 c. sm. mushrooms (optional)
2 tbsp. flour
1 sm. zucchini (2 c. chopped)
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 (9 or 10 inch) unbaked pastry shell

Saute vegetables over medium heat 5 minutes, stir in flour and tomato. Beat together eggs, milk and seasonings. Sprinkle half of cheese on pie shell, add vegetables. Pour egg mixture over vegetables and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
