VEGETABLE HAM QUICHE | |
6 eggs, beaten until fluffy 1 c. milk 1/2 c. cauliflower 1 c. broccoli 1 green pepper 2 tbsp. onion 1/2 c. carrot, grated 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded 1 c. ham, cut into small pieces 1 pie shell Prebake pie shell about 5 minutes on 450 degrees. Now reduce oven heat to 375 degrees if you're using a metal pan; to 350 degrees for glass. Beat eggs and milk and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over the mixture. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the filling comes out clean. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. |
