GARDEN FRESH VEGETABLE SPREAD 
2/3 c. creamed lowfat cottage cheese
1/4 c. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. Vegetable Blend to taste

Mix all ingredients well in blender or food processor, and use as a dip for vegetables or as a spread on Melba toast, pitas, or low-calorie bread. Yield: 1 cup (16 servings).

VEGETABLE BLEND:

1 1/2 tbsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp. chives
1 tbsp. tarragon
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tbsp. dill weed
1/2 tbsp. dried red bell pepper
1/2 tbsp. salt substitute
