4 1/2 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. canned milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
2-3 c. nuts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
3 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle's chocolate chips
1 1/2 cubes butter

In large pan (3-4 quart) bring to boil sugar and milk. Stir constantly. Turn down to medium high heat and cook, stirring constantly for 6 minutes. It needs to be a lively boil, but not hard.

Pour above mixture over remaining ingredients in 5-6 quart glass bowl. Stir until all ingredients are melted.
