ROCKY ROAD FUDGE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 lg. can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pkg. sm. marshmallows

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add chocolate syrup, flour and baking powder. Grease and flour 9 x 13 baking pan or dish. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cover with chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) and small marshmallows, while cake is warm.

NOTE: The cake batter will be very thin before baking.

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

Drizzle marshmallows with chocolate sauce made from:

2 tbsp. powdered cocoa
1 stick butter
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

To make sauce, melt butter, add cocoa, egg, then powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth and drizzle over cake while still warm. Chill cake overnight. Keeps well 4 or 5 days.
