ROCKY ROAD FUDGE 
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
10 1/2 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows

Melt chips in milk and butter on low heat. Combine peanuts and marshmallows in large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over peanuts and marshmallows. Mix well. Spread in a 9"x13" buttered pan. Chill for 2 hours.
